Municipalities, committees and organizations

Using The Patina Record in your municipality or organization

One map of every Ontario property gaining or losing heritage status, built from municipal registers, notices and council agendas, with the source and date on every record.

What you can use today

  • Triage board: the listed buildings still at risk in your municipality, ranked by evidence and threat, with research readiness, ready to print for council.
  • Deadlines: notice, objection and by-law deadlines and the January 1 removals, with a calendar feed for Outlook or Google Calendar.
  • Weekly cross-check: permits and planning applications at heritage properties in your municipality (on each city page under “Staff cross-check”).
  • Group workspaces, the volunteer watchlist and research records in the O. Reg. 9/06 format, with group impact reports.
  • Open your register: help publishing your register as open data.

Cost

Everything on The Patina Record is free for municipalities, committees, societies and the public: the map, property pages and alerts, the Register desk, group tools, the triage board, deadlines and registers.
