Speak at council or committee

A deputation (or delegation) is a short presentation, usually five minutes, to a committee or council. Find the meeting, register with the clerk before their deadline, and speak from the outline below.

Meetings in the next 60 days

Deadlines to register as a delegation differ by municipality and meeting, usually a day or more before. The meeting page and the clerk say how. For heritage matters you can also write to Cultural Heritage Planning, City of Hamilton.
