In 1875, two houses existed on this property, both owned by Hugh Haley and rented out; one to Andrew Dayden and the other to J. Jarvis. In 1876 Haley was improving his rough cast homes and these two structures remained assessed at around $300 each through to 1893. In 1890, Haley sold the property to Thomas King, a builder.
